Document needed for SSC, Bank, Railway, Defence, State-Exam etc
- Dully filled Admission form.
- Initial Fee (Payable at the time of Admission) in Cash/DD/Online/App only.
- Account payee Cheques drawn in favour of “CHAKRABARTY MATHEMATICS CLASSES PVT LTD.”
- Three(3) Coloured passport size Photographs.
- Photocopy of School Id-Card/10th Admit Card/Adhar Card.
- You are required to carry a proof of Admission Letter / Identity Card, for extra benefit in future.
